  1. Initial Employment Probation
    If offered employment, your initial contract will be subject to a 16-week probationary period. Screening will occur after 12 weeks from your start date.

  2. Termination During Probation
    During the probationary period, including the screening phase, the company may terminate your employment with a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice.

  3. Conditions for Continued Employment
    Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory screening, medical clearance, and overall performance.
